Founded in 2008 by industry practitioners, System & Skills Training Concept (SSTC) is an award-winning Training Provider approved and accredited under JPK and HRD Corp. SSTC specializes in offering practical, relevant and high-quality accounting and human resource courses; namely AAT professional accounting qualifications and HR certification programmes. The qualifications are internationally recognized and future-proof, taking into consideration trending technological changes.
SSTC prominent professional body partners include The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM), and the Society of Business Practitioners (SBP). Located in busy Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, SSTC is the largest AAT Training Provider in Malaysia.
Why study and train at SSTC?
SSTC offers some of the lowest fees in terms of accounting, human resources and business courses. SSTC full-time learners can also apply for PTPK study loans, full scholarships from government funding agencies and other forms of financial support. Working adults can claim the fees from HRDC.
SSTC has been a programme partner of Yayasan Peneraju since 2019. Bumiputera youths aged 18 – 25 are encouraged to apply for the 100% sponsorship to study AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting with cloud accounting certification. The sponsorship covers all tuition fees, study texts, assessments fees, hostel accommodation and a monthly allowance. Job placement is guaranteed upon successful completion of the course.
SSTC has very high employment rates and their extensive employer network ensures successful job placement for every graduate. SSTC aims to help school leavers and working adults acquire marketable work skills and knowledge so that they can improve their work performance and secure future opportunities.
SSTC also provides a FAST Track for SPM/IGCSE leavers to be Chartered Accountants. Students not only save time but costs.
Located in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor; the wifi enabled centre is just a 3 minutes’ walk from the Bandar Puteri Puchong LRT station. Their 3-shops lot premises house practical and cosy learning facilities including a multi-purpose hall, computer lab, a discussion and library, surau, a conference room with video conferencing facilities, a simulated training office and training rooms. The facilities at the centre are moulded for classroom training as well as practical and computer training. In a classroom environment, the centre can fit up to 25 trainees or more. With the small class size, it allows for one-on-one instruction and learning.
Students can relax in the library which has a good range of books, texts, magazines and other literature, besides board games and card games. Students can help themselves with light refreshments in the pantries during breaks. The male and female suraus are available for Muslim students and staff when they find it difficult to attend the mosque prayers.
Outstation students stay at their Hostels at Koi Tropika Kondominium. Hostel residents enjoy top-notched facilities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, sauna, cafeteria, mini mart, etc. with a 24-hour security.
Besides physical learning facilities, learners gain access to SSTC Learning Management System (LMS), AAT Lifelong Learning Portal, and Mindful Education Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
AAT Assessment Venue
SSTC is an Approved Assessment Centre for AAT. Besides serving its own AAT students, international students may sit for their AAT computer-based assessments at SSTC. Students take the AAT mock assessments prior to taking the real assessments. This assures students’ pass rates in the external assessments. SSTC pass rates is higher than the average world AAT pass rates.
Job Placement
SSTC helps its graduates launch their careers by assisting to place them at reputable workplaces. All their full-time graduates have been successfully placed in the industry.
Nurture & Development Workshops
SSTC believe in cultivating students’ character and developing a holistic person. Besides conducting character building, team building, communication and other key skills training workshops, students go on field trips and external training/ networking sessions.
Students via the Student Council can hone their leadership, communication and organizational skills as they plan for events and activities.
